Fluid Bed Dryer Granulator

This machineis a new type of granulator .It utilizes negative pressure hot air flow to dry the liquid in spray chamber and the liquid on materials very fast ,and also agglutinate them together into granules.The size of granules can be controlled by adjusting parameter.It applies for drinking preparation,tablets and capsules,time control releasing,instant dissolved food and beverages. For big granules or lumpish materials there is a stirring knife that is designed horizontally for fast drying and to avoid stick to the wall.
